Welcome to VOWELZ. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://vowelz.co/ (“Website”) and any purchase made through it. By browsing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products
We sell T-shirts, polo T-shirts and printed shirts. We try to show colours, prints and sizes accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting and manufacturing tolerances. Please check the size chart before ordering. All products are subject to availability.
4. Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices, offers and discounts may change without prior notice.
- If a pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund for any amount paid.
5. Placing an order
- An order is a request to buy. It is accepted only when we confirm it by email or message and begin processing it.
- We may refuse or cancel an order because of stock issues, payment failure, pricing errors, suspected fraud or incomplete delivery details.
- Please check your address and contact details carefully. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
6. Payments
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and other methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled by secure third-party gateways, and we do not store your card or banking credentials. Your order will be processed only after payment is successfully received, except for Cash on Delivery orders where available.
7. Discount codes and offers
Promotional codes and launch offers are valid for the period stated, cannot be combined unless mentioned, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at our discretion. Misuse of offers may lead to cancellation of the order.
8. Shipping and delivery
We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Orders are usually packed within 1–2 working days, and delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes or other events beyond our control are not our liability. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered.
9. Returns, exchanges and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. User accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at info@vowelz.co if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt or overload the Website or its servers.
- Upload viruses, malicious code or false information.
- Copy, scrape or resell our content or products without written permission.

All content on the Website, including the VOWELZ name, logo, tagline “Own Your Identity”, designs, prints, graphics, images, text and layout, belongs to VOWELZ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
13. Reviews and user content
If you submit a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is genuine and that you own the rights to it. You grant VOWELZ a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display it on our Website and marketing channels. We may remove content that is offensive, false or unlawful.
14. Third-party links and services
The Website may contain links to third-party sites or services, such as payment gateways and couriers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or actions.
15. Privacy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.
16. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Website and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VOWELZ is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or products. You agree to indemnify and hold VOWELZ harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.
18. Force majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government action, internet or power failures, or courier disruptions.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website means you accept the changes.
20. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
